Hi, I'm Caleb.

The first website I built was for my own business: Keys by Caleb, live piano for weddings and events. It started on Squarespace in February 2025, grew custom code blocks, and by April it was a site I'd built by hand.

Then came client work. A website and quote form for Pete's Holiday Lighting. iAttend, an attendance platform for an after-school program at 12 schools, which I took from the first call to on-site training. A back office for my own company that signs contracts and collects payments.

And my own products: TrackR, an app for theme-park fans with a data platform behind it, and LedgR, a CRM for small financial-advisor firms that went from first commit to both app-store submissions in about four days.

I build with AI coding agents, mostly in Claude Code and Cursor. They write the code. My job is everything around it: deciding what to build, writing a spec clear enough to get right, reading every change, finding where a defect actually lives, and making sure something other than the agent that wrote a fix proves it works.

I treat agents like a team. Clear briefs, independent review, real tests, and when something slips through, a change to the system so it can't slip through the same way again. I measure before I decide, like the time I ran a blind test of whether a manager agent running a team of agents beats one agent working alone. On that build, it didn't.

I don't hand-type the code, and I don't pretend to. What I bring is judgment about what to build and how it should work, the ability to read what an agent wrote and find what's wrong with it, and the discipline to check that it works.
