The back office my company runs on.
When I started taking client work, I built the paperwork into software: proposals and contracts signed online, a portal for each client, and invoices paid through Stripe, in full or on a payment plan.

What it does
Contracts signed online
A client signs the contract in the browser, both sides get an email when it's signed, and the client's account is set up from it.
A portal for each client
Clients are invited by email, sign in to their own portal to see invoices and pay, and message me there. Unanswered messages send reminders.
Invoices and payment plans
Invoices go out with Stripe payment links, paid at once or split into a plan.
It ran a real engagement
One signed contract and six invoices on a payment plan went through it, start to finish.
Stack and role
I built it alone with AI coding agents: a public site plus separate admin, portal, signing and sign-in apps, all served by 25 Cloud Functions.
