QR-code coffee ordering for a pop-up coffee shop.
Guests scan a code on the table, build their drink on their phone, and the order lands live on the barista's iPad. When it's ready, their phone says so. I built it for a coffee shop my family hosts for college students at our church.

What it does
Order from the table
No app to install: the QR code opens a page where guests pick a drink and customize it.
A live board for the barista
Orders appear on an iPad the moment they're placed, in columns for New, In progress and Done. When an order is done, the guest's phone says it's ready at the counter.
A menu anyone can change
Drinks and options come from an admin page, so the menu changes without touching code.
A TV in the corner
A kiosk screen shows the menu code, photos and the song that's playing.
The hard part
Real events, real Wi-Fi.
On a slow network, the order page could sit on a blank screen forever, and the iPad had touch bugs of its own. Pages now stop waiting after a set time and quietly sign in again, and the iPad touch bugs were fixed one by one.
Stack and role
I built it alone with AI coding agents, in plain HTML and JavaScript on Firestore's real-time updates. No framework was needed.
